About the role
Key Construction Partners is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman/Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Palm Beach, QLD. As a full-time Finishes Foreman/Site Supervisor, you will oversee all finishing works on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and direct a team of finishing trades to deliver high-quality interior and exterior finishing works
* Develop and monitor schedules to ensure all finishing tasks are completed efficiently and to deadline
* Liaise with project managers, architects and clients to understand and meet requirements
* Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Provide hands‐on support and guidance to the finishing trades team as needed
* Monitor and report on project progress, productivity and budget
* Participate in site inspections and assist with the preparation of final handover documentation
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finishes Foreman/Site Supervisor in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of all finishing trades, including carpentry, joinery, tiling, painting, etc.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work on time and to budget
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
* Detailed understanding of construction regulations, safety requirements and quality standards
* Proficient in using construction management software and technology
