Technical Program Associate
This role involves working with cutting-edge technology to develop and maintain a company's basic products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain core products using advanced technology
* Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules
* Apply strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues identified by the QA team
* Support the Customer Service team in solving customer problems and classifying issues for system improvement
Requirements
* Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above
* Solid Java foundation and understanding of multithreading and networking fundamentals
* Familiarity with Spring microservice framework and its operation mechanism, as well as MySQL and at least one NoSQL database
* Experience with middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
* Good logical thinking, teamwork, and learning abilities
* Strong communication skills; fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are a plus
* Experience with Web3 projects is preferred
