They have a presence in the Australian and New Zealand market, and are a market leader in the retail space. Due to business expansion, the organisation are searching for a hands-on Payroll Officer to join their large team on a full time basis. It is permanent, full time role. Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a large collaborative team, your role will include but not be limited to: Assisting with the fortnightly and monthly processing Reconciliation of pay and leave entitlements Processing of new starter and leaver paperwork Responding to payroll queries Payroll salary increases and assisting with end of month and end of year activities Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folders, hand out starter packs, collect police checks and reimburse police check expenses Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a similar Payroll position within a medium/large scale business High level of attention to detail Effective time management & organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment What's on Offer Modern office with a fun work culture Work for a company that places well-being first Close to cafes and shops To discuss the role further, please contact Chris Belegrinos at cbelegrinos@sharpandcarter.com.au
