Key Responsibilities
* Accurately measure, weigh, and mix chemical formulations to specification
* Operate mixing equipment and production machinery safely
* Load and handle raw materials, including regular lifting of 25kg bags
* Conduct quality checks to ensure batch consistency and compliance
* Complete batch documentation and production records accurately
* Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with WHS standards
* Adhere strictly to PPE and safety protocols
What You Must Bring
* Proven chemical mixing experience (essential)
* Valid forklift licence (essential)
* Ability to regularly lift 25kg bags and perform manual handling tasks
* Strong understanding of workplace health & safety practices
* High attention to detail and ability to follow precise formulations
* Full Australian work rights
* Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
