As a global-leading health and well-being provider – encompassing physical, mental, and financial health – TELUS Health is improving health outcomes for consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, employers, and employees.This role provides administrative and billing support to the billings team and internal customers.Responsibilities:Manage and respond to billing queries via telephone and email from internal customers.Action allocated emails and queries from the inbox and escalate issues when needed.Manage standard setup and maintenance of customer information in the system.Schedule invoices in the system – contract fees, chargebacks, and disbursements.Process assigned approved credit requests and re-issue invoices accordingly.Process change requests for particular invoices (e.g., change of invoicing person, PO numbers, invoice text, etc.).Action change requirements during Mid-month and EOM invoicing runs.Handle any ad hoc billing requests.Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.Persons with disabilities who need accommodation in the application process or those needing job postings in an alternative format may e-mail a request to talentacquisitiononboarding@telushealth.com.By applying to this role, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with the TELUS Group of Companies’ Talent Acquisition team(s) and/or any leader(s) involved in the selection process.
