WAITER SUPERVISOR (ANZSCO 070499)
We’re looking for a Waiter Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Salary: AUD 76,515 to AUD 85,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff
* Coordinate table service and uphold service excellence
* Manage bookings and seating logistics
* Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Selection Criteria:
* At least 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality
* Strong leadership and team-management abilities
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Proficient with POS systems and cash handling
* Flexible with work hours and shift changes
