to oversee their SME and Mid-Market division in Darwin. About the role:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives and Assistants
Manage your own portfolio of SME and Mid-Market clients
Oversee renewals, quotes, and complex client placements
Collaborate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive outcomes
Drive team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence
Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and continuous improvement
About you:
Proven experience in commercial insurance broking (SME / Mid-Market focus)
Strong leadership or mentoring experience within a brokerage environment
Excellent attention to detail and strategic mindset
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Passionate about developing people and fostering team success
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or working towards completion)
