Key Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive key account growth and expansion in the government sector.
* Cultivate a portfolio of high-value government accounts with clear territory and strategic plans
* Foster strong relationships with executive stakeholders and mobilizers, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership
* Develop compelling solutions and proposals to drive new business and upsell
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and achieve sales targets
* Negotiate and manage partnerships, including value-added resellers (VARs)
* Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience closing complex enterprise sales, preferably in software-as-a-service (SaaS), with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets
* Proven ability to manage large portfolios of 50+ accounts, balancing new business development and growth
* Strong confidence in engaging government executives and influencing key decisions
* Demonstrated success in upselling, acquiring new logos, and expanding customer relationships
* Expertise in value-based selling and developing return-on-investment (ROI)-driven business cases
