Quality and Compliance Support Officer - MYVISTA
As the Quality and Compliance Support Officer, you will work with the Quality and Safety Compliance Manager to ensure safe and quality care and services are provided across 2 residential aged care facilities and a home care service.
Day to day, this will look like:
* Working in partnership with service leaders and Managers.
* Reviewing and analysing data and information – identifying gaps, risks, and trends.
* Writing and reviewing documents to support care and services.
* Supporting agreed improvements to address areas of need.
* Engaging in the formal document management process.
* Researching areas of evidence-based best practice.
* Producing (and reviewing provided) reports.
* Proactively supporting MYVISTA to achieve its outcomes.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Skills
* Collaborate with the Quality and Safety Compliance Manager to maintain all elements of MYVISTA's Quality Management Framework, including:
o Leadership and Governance elements (for example, risk management, document management, and regulatory and legislative compliance requirements).
o Workforce and Operations elements (for example, clinical governance framework, and third-party contractor compliance).
o Evaluation and improvement requirements (for example, incident, feedback and complaints management systems, internal audit, and continuous improvement register).
Desired Skills and Experience
* Attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality, safety, and making a positive difference.
* Tertiary qualification (for example, health information or administration or management, nursing, or allied health discipline).
* Experience in aged care or other relevant sector (for example, health or disability).
* Experience in quality, compliance, or safety management systems and processes.
* Experience and knowledge in auditing, root cause analysis and investigation.
* Experience and knowledge in analysis, evaluation and reporting.
