Responsibilities
* Work as part of a collaborative Shared Services team to drive service improvement, operational efficiency, and customer‐focused transformation.
* Manage a prioritised pipeline of improvement initiatives, balancing multiple projects, dependencies, and resource constraints to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast‐paced environment.
* Lead end‐to‐end improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, from problem definition and analysis through to implementation and benefits realisation.
* Engage and influence stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of outcomes.
* Exhibit strong ownership and the ability to challenge constructively and confidently engage at a senior level.
Qualifications
* Experience leading service improvement initiatives, translating prioritised programs and resource plans into effective delivery in complex organisations.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, using service data to assess impacts and develop evidence‐based recommendations.
* Proven ability to engage, influence, and present to stakeholders, including at a senior level.
* Demonstrated capability delivering end‐to‐end improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, while managing competing priorities.
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced environment and navigate ambiguity to drive outcomes.

Salary range: $158,393 – $177,399.
