About the role
* You will be required to:
* Reporting to the Operations Manager and Managing Director
* Recruitment & onboarding (job ads, interviews, contracts, inductions)
* Employee records & HR admin (personnel files, compliance docs)
* Payroll coordination & awards/agreements compliance
* Performance management (reviews, KPIs, underperformance)
* Training & development
* Workplace health & safety (policies, incident reporting, RTW)
* Employee relations (grievances, disputes, investigations)
* Policies & procedures (develop, update, enforce)
* Leave management (annual, personal, parental, long service)
* Discipline & termination processes (fair, compliant)
