At our company, we are seeking a skilled customer support engineer to join our team in Brisbane. This role will involve servicing customers across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service to customers through corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation of equipment and software upgrades.
* Participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire lifecycle of customer relationships.
* Maintain a high level of knowledge through continual training and development, keeping up-to-date with new technologies relevant to your area of focus.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
* A degree-level education or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or experience as an engineer in the Australian Defense Force specializing in communications electronics, radar, instrumentation or avionics.
* Strong IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
