Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA, for a Business Development Manager - Disability & NDIS Services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that drive growth and ensure the satisfaction of NDIS participants receiving our services.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development to drive organizational growth
* Skilled in Contract Negotiation to establish beneficial agreements with clients and partners
* Proficiency in Account Management to nurture and maintain strong client relationships
* Sales experience with a strong ability to identify and convert opportunities into successful outcomes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of the NDIS landscape, services, and regulations
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is advantageous
* Relevant experience in disability services or community care is highly desirable
