Job Description
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will welcome customers to Westpac, engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their banking needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals both in‐person and over the phone, while referring them to specialised banking teams when necessary.
This is a rewarding role that empowers you to help customers maximise their money each day and develops your own banking expertise through comprehensive training and hands‐on guidance.
Qualifications
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‐facing or phone‐based role with experience working to targets.
* Resilience and the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations.
* Comfortable with working towards sales/referral targets and making outbound calls.
* Numerical capability, preferably with proficiency in cash handling and counting, and the ability to complete financial transactions accurately.
* An energetic personality and genuine passion for helping people.
* The willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
