Overview


St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Lithgow, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to support the smooth operation and ongoing success of the school. The role provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure effective running of the school. This is a permanent, full-time position with immediate start availability.

Responsibilities

* Lead school administration and support the Principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations.
* Manage financial tasks such as school fees, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
* Coordinate enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events.
* Oversee staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems.
* Ensure compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.


About You / Selection criteria


The successful Office Manager will enhance our service experience through professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to excellence. Selection criteria include:

* Strong leadership and organisation skills.
* Experience in school administration and financial management.
* A commitment to Catholic values and fostering a positive school environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Business (Administration) or equivalent.
