Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you'll play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
* Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes across the business
* Deliver commercial insights to operational and leadership teams
* Manage month-end close activities, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Oversee rebate accounting, accruals and reporting processes
* Assist with audit, compliance and tax-related requirements
* Support ERP, reporting and finance process improvement initiatives
* Contribute to business cases, pricing reviews and operational analysis projects
About You
* CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
* 3-5 years' experience in management or financial accounting
* Background within manufacturing, distribution or product-based industries preferred
* Strong Excel and ERP systems capability
* Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented
* Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
