OIL & GAS SUPERVISORS – FIFO KARRATHA (3/1)
Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Supervisors for a major, complex Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA.
This is a high-risk, high-expectation environment operating in live and/or under-construction process plants. These roles are for supervisors who know Oil & Gas, understand permits, productivity, and pressure — and can lead crews safely and decisively.
Oil & Gas supervisory experience is mandatory

Roles Available:
* Instrumentation Loop Checking Supervisor
* Instrumentation Tube Fitter Supervisor
* EEHA Supervisor
* Construction Electrical Supervisor
Project & Roster:
* Location: Karratha, WA
* FIFO from all Australian capital cities & territories
* Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (fly out Day 21)
* Start: Immediate
* Duration: 6–9 months with future opportunities
* Competitive Oil & Gas rates | Weekly pay
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead toolbox talks and safety leadership — Zero Harm is non-negotiable
* Control permits and isolations in line with site requirements
* Supervise construction & commissioning across one or more crews
* Drive productivity and progress to meet critical milestones
* Manage labour, plant, cost codes, and project controls
* Execute the programme and escalate risks or delays early
* Enforce quality, subcontractor compliance, and site standards
Mandatory Requirements:
* WA Electrical Licence (Unrestricted, or Restricted with Cert III Instrumentation)
* Cert III or Cert IV Instrumentation with hands-on Oil & Gas experience
* Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Oil & Gas operations (within your field)
* First Aid (issued within the last 36 months)
* CPR / LV Rescue (issued within the last 12 months)
* Construction Card (White or Blue)
* Full Australian working rights – applicants must currently be in Australia
* Cert IV EEHA (job specific)
