What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors via phone, email, and in person
- Managing confidential records and filing systems with accuracy and discretion
- Prioritising multiple tasks and meeting departmental deadlines
- Providing flexible support across different hospital units, learning new processes and systems as you go
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues and maintaining a professional, respectful approach in all interactions

- Essential: Ability to work across a 24/7 roster
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Confidence working independently and in a team
