About the Role
As part of our Major Projects division, you'll work alongside Tier 1 contractors on major builds across the region. This role is all about coordination, influence and keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring equipment, schedules, safety requirements and customer needs all line up.
What You'll Do
* Manage day-to-day project requirements and on-site coordination
* Plan and forecast equipment needs for large, fast-moving projects
* Guide, support and delegate across multiple stakeholders to keep operations flowing
* Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
* Prepare project reports, monitor financial performance and support continuous improvement
* Complete safety documentation and organise deliveries, subcontractors and scheduling
* Travel to regional or remote sites as required
About you
You're someone who thrives in complex environments, stays calm under pressure, and has a solid track record working in project or site-based roles.
* Proven experience in a project, site or operations role within construction, infrastructure or related fields
* Strong influencing skills — able to coordinate people and tasks without formally leading a team
* Commercial awareness and experience working with costs/P&Ls
* Excellent multitasking and organisational ability
* Solid MS Office capability
