About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a well-established organisation within the industrial packaging industry. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the ongoing quality and compliance of operations, driving improvements and contributing to a culture of continuous enhancement. This key role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes and supporting the preparation for an upcoming ISO audit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the execution of quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to internal standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for quality management systems.
- Foster a proactive approach to quality across the organisation, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate risks to operational quality and safety.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a QA Coordinator role or similar, preferably in the bulk handling or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, industry standards, and safety requirements.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance systems, tools, and reporting.
