Job Overview:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care services.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored care plans.
* Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapies and blood transfusions in accordance with established protocols.
* Provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients, family and friends through empathetic listening and counseling.
* Collaborate effectively with Oncologists/Haematologists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit team of nurses delivering best practice services in radiation oncology, medical oncology and haematology nursing. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care experiences.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Registered Nurse degree or equivalent qualification.
Skills and Experience: Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in oncology nursing; excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Personal Qualities: Compassionate, empathetic, and adaptable nature; ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
