Job Title: Paediatric Allergist
We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Allergist to join our team at Western Health.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing clinical support and supervision for other professional staff, including General Paediatricians, paediatric trainees, and nursing staff.
A demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and the delivery of evidence-based care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate, investigate, and manage allergic disorders
* Provide clinical support and supervision for junior medical staff, general paediatricians, and medical students
* Ensure appropriate and timely documentation of patient care in progress notes and correspondence
* Be involved in service evaluation and audits, and participate in research activities

Requirements:
* Recognised qualifications as a Paediatric Allergist (FRACP)
* Commitment to professionalism, respect for patient dignity, and effective communication
* Availability to work on Wednesdays fortnightly when the allergy clinic runs
