Facilities Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs for 6 sites across Perth and Pilbara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are maintained to a high standard, while also providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain operational environments, including site buildings and grounds
* Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities
* Oversee contractors, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, safety, gardening, cleaning, and waste management
* Create and manage maintenance plans for each site, ensuring compliance with policies
* Manage small facilities team, providing adequate supervision and training
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a comparable facilities supervisor role
* Experience maintaining operational environments, prior supply chain exposure advantageous
* Knowledge of Australian Compliance requirements for building infrastructure
* Experience in managing teams of contractors
* Ability for monthly travel to regional sites and to be on call to address priority issues
