The Opportunity
We are seeking a Project/Change Manager to lead customer-facing enablement and onboarding initiatives. This role is pivotal in helping clients transition to new ways of working, piloting concepts, and building experimentation frameworks before scaling. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver change management strategies, track enablement progress, and ensure successful adoption of tools and processes.
Required Skills
Extensive experience in project or change management roles within consulting or tech environments.
Strong background in client-facing enablement and onboarding projects.
Familiarity with Atlassian products and general data/experimentation models.
Ability to work flexibly across time zones (UK alignment required - however not expected to work late nights).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in consultancies or large tech organisations (Amazon, Meta, Commonwealth Bank).
Prosci or similar change management certification.
Comfort with data storytelling and presenting insights to customers.
