About The Role
We're hiring an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Planner to support scheduled maintenance for a large-scale process plant. Based in Kwinana, this is an office-based role working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for a 40-hour week.
You'll be responsible for using SAP S4 (Cloud-based) to plan and coordinate E&I maintenance activities, ensuring asset reliability, job readiness, and alignment with operational schedules. Ideal candidates will have a strong electrical or instrumentation background and experience planning work for complex process plant environments.
This is a 6-month contract with weekly pay and immediate start available.

What you'll do: Key responsibilities…
* Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation maintenance tasks
* Use SAP S4 Cloud (Public System) to manage work orders and task lists
* Coordinate labour, materials, and documentation for job execution
* Support shutdown and routine maintenance workflows
* Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to ensure readiness and compliance
* Contribute to continuous improvement in planning efficiency and asset reliability
What we're looking for: About you…
* Proven experience in E&I maintenance planning, preferably in a process plant setting
* Proficient with SAP S4 Cloud-based maintenance systems
* Strong electrical or instrumentation background
* Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Must have the right to work in Australia
