We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist.
This role will involve providing support to internal customers across various processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll cycles, and managing escalated Tier 3 payroll inquiries.
The successful candidate will have strong functional knowledge of HR principles and practices, with experience in a regional HR Shared Services organization preferred.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing functional testing in systems such as Workday, managing payroll systems and vendors, and participating in root cause analysis efforts for payroll-related performance deficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
* 8+ years progressive experience in HR with strong functional knowledge
* 2+ years working in a regional HR Shared Services organization preferred
* Knowledge of Workday and exposure to ServiceNow as HR Case Management tool is a plus
