Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and administer property divestment activities, including CRN land and premises.
* Collaborate with a small team to support the delivery of land divestment and disposal programs.
* Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of property divestments aligned with strategic objectives.
* Prepare and review documentation, including divestment briefs, contracts, and applications required for disposal activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and align on divestment activities and strategies.
* Contribute to developing and implementing disposal strategies that optimize property outcomes and contractual goals.
* Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements related to divestment activities.
* Liaise with facilities teams to coordinate and report on asset-related issues affecting divestment outcomes.
* Access and maintain systems and databases to analyze data, track progress, and generate reports supporting effective management of divestment activities.
* Ensure all divestment activities are conducted in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans, complying with organizational policies and procedures.
