Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Ivanti ITSM Specialist responsible for managing and configuring the Ivanti ITSM platform during major organisational change programs, including mergers, demergers and ensuring service continuity, CMDB accuracy, and compliant ITSM operations in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and administer Ivanti ITSM (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).
* Support Ivanti ITAM/Discovery to maintain accurate asset and configuration data.
* Lead ITSM separation activities: platform carve‐outs, workflow and SLA splits, user group restructuring, and Day‐1 readiness.
* Maintain and rationalise CMDB to reflect new organisational boundaries and ownership.
* Manage integrations with identity platforms, monitoring tools, endpoint management, and clinical systems.
* Reconfigure automation, notifications, and approvals to align with new operating models.
* Ensure ITSM processes meet healthcare regulatory, audit, and privacy requirements.
* Provide clear communication to service desk, infrastructure, program, and clinical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
* Strong hands‐on experience with Ivanti ITSM (HEAT/Service Manager) configuration and administration.
* Deep understanding of ITIL processes across Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management.
* Proven experience in mergers, demergers, separations, or large transformation programs.
* Demonstrated capability in CMDB management, service mapping, and data reconciliation.
* Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments, with knowledge of privacy, audit, and compliance obligations.
* Ability to manage integrations across identity, monitoring, endpoint, and clinical systems.
* Strong documentation, process design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to operate independently in fast‐paced, high‐complexity transition programs.
