**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Work with senior leaders to roll out the Alstom Performance system (Continuous improvement) roadmap
- Support each department in this roll out, providing on-field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools
- Consolidate and report deployment status on a monthly basis to Depot Managers and Alstom Performance system(Continuous improvement) team/ ANZ Quality
- Assist the Operations by reviewing task sequencing, reducing non-added value tasks, developing methods and tools to improve results
- Map local processes flow chart and identify room for improvement
- Support Quality Teams in Problem Solving approach with proper implementation and tailoring of problem solving methods
**Key Requirements**:
- Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement projects and a passion for problem solving
- Demonstrated use of lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
