Job Overview
Casual Chef – Perth Airport – Full‑time, permanent position with a 7‑day rotating roster and 38 hours per week. The role supports our international and domestic airline partners by preparing hot and cold meals for Business and Economy class passengers.
Responsibilities
* Prepare hot & cold meals for Business & Economy class passengers catering to various international and domestic airlines.
* Control stock and minimize food wastage.
* Maintain a hygienic work environment by cleaning and keeping all kitchen areas tidy.
* Strictly follow menu specifications and adhere to food safety (HACCP), WHS & QSAI policies.
Qualifications
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher, or equivalent level of experience.
* Passion & drive to deliver high‑quality food to our customers.
* Ability to work a 7‑day rotating roster.
* Good written & verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational & time‑management skills.
* Motivated, hardworking & positive attitude.
* Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
* Required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
* Availability to work 38 hours per week as a full‑time permanent role.
