Office Administrator / Client Relationship Manager - WFH 2 days
The Accounting Division is a boutique accounting firm offering tax and business advisory services to small and medium sized businesses, and individuals.
We are currently seeking an outstanding Office Administrator / Client Relationship Manager to assist with the operational side of the business. The role involves providing exceptional service to our clients, along with organising the workflow for the team, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
About the role
A diverse role that requires you to think about many moving parts of the business, and the effect each decision has on all stakeholders. Reporting directly to the managing partner and practice manager, you need to be on top of all the goings on of the business.
Responsibilities
* Managing weekly workflow and diaries for a team of accountant's
* Responding to client queries and emails
* Ensuring all ATO and ASIC deadlines are met
* Weekly internal reporting
* Updating CRM system as required
* Liaising with other organisations for the collection of relevant data
* Marketing and social media management
About you
We are looking for someone with a passion for helping small businesses. As the liaison between clients and staff, you will need to have great communication and organisation skills. Other key attributes include:
* A proactive and 'can-do' attitude
* Confident communicator with clients and staff – in person, via email and over the phone
* A very high attention to detail
* Extremely well organised
