Nursing Director Role in Subacute and Ambulatory Care Services
The Department of Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to fill a key role within the Department of Medicine at Launceston General Hospital.
As the Nursing Director Subacute & Ambulatory Care Services, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and management of nursing staff and services within this area.
This is a full-time position with a fixed term duration of 2 years, commencing as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading patient care in an inter-professional environment to achieve defined objectives
* Building collaborative relationships with other nursing directors and leaders
* Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations and Performance
