Overview
Situated In Salamanca Square, presently have positions available for front of house staff. The positions are on a casual basis with attractive pay and working conditions.
Available to work dinner services. 10-20 hours per week with immediate start, with the prospect of extra shifts leading into and over the summer period.
Front of House – Requirements
Able to demonstrate efficient knowledge and skills of restaurant table service
Have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar role
Have a fair knowledge of wine and beverages
Hold a current RSA
Bar Staff – Requirements
Have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar role
Have a strong knowledge and skills in mixing cocktails
Hold a current RSA
Efficient in managing the operation of the bar through service and end of day pack down
