Job Description
As a Corporate Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting the sale of passenger and commercial vehicles to fleet clients, while also maintaining existing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting and Client Development: Identify potential corporate clients through networking and direct contact, building relationships to facilitate sales opportunities.
* Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate fleet sales, including direct prospecting and tender responses.
* Account Management: Maintain and evolve relationships with existing fleet clients, ensuring continued business growth and partnership opportunities.
* Product Training and Support: Provide product and general training to key clients and fleet management organizations, maximizing Volkswagen Group Australia's share of wallet.
* Customer Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, overseeing administration of fleet account vehicle ordering, invoicing, and delivery.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure smooth information flow regarding ordering, invoicing, and delivery with relevant departments, suppliers, dealers, and customers.
