About the Role
The primary responsibilities of this position include managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring seamless operations with our manufacturing team. Key tasks include managing payment and receipt transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and overseeing budget management.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and receipts.
* Reconcile bank and credit card statements to identify any discrepancies or errors.
* Oversee budget management to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively.
* Participate in regular meetings with business units to discuss financial matters and provide updates.
* Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Director on finance-related matters and provide support as needed.
Additional responsibilities may include:
* Develop, review, and control company-wide documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide administrative support to the Director and Management Team, including handling paperwork and other tasks.
* Assist with payroll functions and perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a background in finance or accounting being an asset.
