Based in Tomago and reporting to the Assets Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end maintenance planning across 28 water and wastewater treatment plants covering a 6,000 square kilometre region.
You'll work closely with operational supervisors, the client, contractors and the wider asset management team — building and improving maintenance plans, managing inventory, and ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and in line with contractual requirements.

What you'll be responsible for
* Manage maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders through the CMMS (Infor EAM/VAMS)
* Develop work packages covering labour, materials, and costs
* Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance with operational and maintenance supervisors
* Facilitation of specialist service supplier maintenance schedules
* Manage spare parts inventory across the plant network and in Databases (Infor EAM / VAMS/ SAP S4 HANA and Ariba)
* Monitor maintenance performance against KPIs
* Purchase order management
* Liaise with the client, contractors, and suppliers to keep things moving
* Drive continuous improvement across maintenance systems and processes
* Champion safety across all planning activities
What you'll need to be successful
* Experience in a maintenance planning role, ideally from a trades or industrial background
* Hands-on CMMS database experience — Infor EAM, VAMS, Maximo, or SAP
