Job Role: Reception Team Member
About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reception Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
* You will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to their enquiries via phone, email, and in-person. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming reception environment.
* Your duties will include assisting with general administrative tasks, processing cash transactions, and performing daily reconciliations.
* In addition, you will be expected to deliver services consistently in alignment with our organisation's values.
