The Team

Our diverse Services business provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres, support for the resources sector and just about everything in-between. Our Schneider Electric portfolio covers UPS, critical cooling equipment, LV/MV switchgear, transformers, substation monitoring as well as a wide range of ancillary equipment. We enable owners, end users and custodians to minimise breakdowns, increase reliability, efficiency and safety while reducing costs and simplifying operations.

The Opportunity

The Pacific Zone (AU & NZ) Sales Organisation, part of our Global \"Services\" Business, caters to diverse customer types and industries such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, data centres, healthcare, retail, utilities and mining. We work closely with our Customers to deliver value‐based, outcome‐driven Services solutions that improve asset performance, enhance resilience, enable sustainability and accelerate digital transformation across their installed base.

We are currently seeking a State Sales Manager to be based in Brisbane to lead our Queensland and New Zealand territories. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished Sales Leader who thrives in a collaborative, matrix environment and brings strong consulting, commercial and contractual capability.

In this career‐defining role, you will lead a high performing Services sales organisation while working closely with Business Units, Key Account Managers and Segment Leaders to shape Customer strategies and deliver long‐term value. You will play a key role in strengthening Schneider Electric's Services presence across priority segments and make an Impact as you reinforce our position as the trusted Energy Technology Partner.

What You Will Do
* Leading the Services Sales organisation to deliver value based and outcome focused solutions that are aligned to Customer needs across diverse segments including Buildings, Data Centres, Industry and Infrastructure
* Building and sustaining key relationships at a senior/executive level and with our End‐User Customers through a consultative/advisory approach
* Collaborating closely with other Business Units, Key Account Managers and Segment Leaders in order to develop integrated Customer and related segment strategies
* Contributing to and executing a Regional Sales Plan that is closely aligned with Services growth priorities and segment ambitions
* Providing strong commercial and contractual leadership including pricing, deal governance, risk management and profitability
* Growing the Services business through consulting‐led engagement models, Services contracts and recurring revenue strategies
* Partnering with Account teams to support Customer Action Plans that are focused on lifecycle value, Services penetration and long‐term partnerships
* Collaborating with Marketing and Channel teams to enable demand generation that aligns to segment priorities and Customer needs
* Coaching and developing sales leaders to uplift consultative selling capability, commercial discipline and Services maturity
* Acting as a visible Services leader and brand ambassador across Customers, partners and industry forums
* Maintaining availability for regular travel across the region
About You

You are a senior Services‐focused Sales Leader with a strong understanding of value‐based, outcome‐driven solutions. You are ready for your next career opportunity and have a proven ability to influence complex Customer environments across Schneider Electric's key segments.

* Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles within Services, Solutions or complex B2B environments
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Business Units, Key Account Managers and Segment leaders in a matrix organisation
* Demonstrated success engaging at executive Customer levels, shaping long‐term partnerships and Services strategies
* Strong commercial acumen coupled with experience in Services agreements, margin management and competitive positioning
* A highly developed consultative selling mindset, focused on Customer outcomes, lifecycle value and Services‐led growth
* A track record of delivering sustainable growth through recurring, contract‐based Services models
* The confidence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or formal sales, commercial or product training will be highly regarded
