OZ Minerals is an Australian-based modern mining company with a focus on copper, listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX100). We own the Prominent Hill, Carrapateena, and Antas copper-gold mines, we are progressing the West Musgrave project in Western Australia (Australia's largest undeveloped copper-nickel resource) and are developing a portfolio of copper and gold projects in Brazil and other countries.
Our growth strategy is focused on value creation; we achieve success by creating value for all stakeholders. Five key things that help us do so are: having a global copper core, customer focus, capital discipline, using lean principles to drive innovative solutions and having a devolved business model where people collaborate to make better and more agile decisions. Each of these elements is underpinned by safety, capital discipline and our How we work together principles - our foundations for success. Being a modern mining company is about our ability to adapt to the changes around us, harness the innovative ideas of our people and collaborate internally and externally to leverage the experience and knowledge of others.
The OZ Minerals Projects team aims to add value for all Stakeholders and supports OZ Minerals' strategic aspirations by discovering and enabling growth opportunities via an innovative culture, collaboration, and strong technical capability. We're a lean and agile team supporting studies and development of high quality mining projects in Australia and Brazil.
