About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR services. This pivotal role includes workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, performance management, and change initiatives. It's an opportunity to make a real impact while gaining exposure to our national operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships through regular interactions with stakeholders.
* Provide practical HR advice to help leaders engage and retain talent.
* Lead activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
* Drive key initiatives like annual goal setting and engagement surveys.
* Support managers in enhancing leadership quality and team performance.
* Manage employee relations, including performance and grievance casework.
* Develop and refine HR documentation and support workforce analytics.
Who Are We Looking For?
You will have experience in HR business partnering, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing. Your ability to propose and deliver practical solutions will be key.
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills:

* Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
