About our Home
Situated on the out skirts of Goulburn, our home has 160 Beds over a single level site, featuring all the amenities coupled with a country lifestyle. A modern spin on the Goulburn heritage rich feel.
The Role
As a Care Worker, you will provide individualised support to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
* Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
* Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
* Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
* Ensuring their happiness by supporting their emotional wellbeing
Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)
* An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
* 12months+ experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
* Night shift availability & weekday availability
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Onboarding
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our three day On‐boarding Program. Our training will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality care.
