* Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., Pronto) desirable
* Passion for outdoor activities and familiarity with outdoor gear and equipment
* Calm, collaborative, and detail-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Awareness of sustainability practices in stock and store operations desirable
* First Aid Certificate advantageous
