What You'll Be Doing
Managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties while maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships
Coordinating maintenance, inspections and repairs with efficiency and care
Providing landlords with regular updates and professional advice
Completing administrative and compliance tasks, including lease documentation and reporting
Delivering exceptional customer service and proactive communication
Promoting properties and managing the leasing process to achieve excellent occupancy results
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential property management within the real estate industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities with great attention to detail
Working knowledge of current legislation and property management compliance
Confidence using industry software (PropertyMe, Ailo, IRE or similar)
A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for both owners and tenants
