Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements related to General Ledger/ Reconciliation/ Accounting processes.
* Collaborate with finance teams to improve ledger accuracy and reporting.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities.
* Work with IT teams to implement system enhancements and automation for financial data processing.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Develop reports and dashboards to support financial decision-making.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align business and technical objectives.
* Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, and data management.
* Strong understanding of General Ledger/ Reconciliation/ Accounting processes.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
* Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
