**How you will make an impact?**
Enable Divisional growth through strategic sourcing & supplier management, while delivering a superior customer experience, both internal and externally, as a Commercial business partner for the end to end Supply Chain
**What will you do?**
- Build and enable strategic sourcing and supplier management framework for third party suppliers, including product and freight on behalf of all ANZ
- Ensure delivery of all key inbound supplier metrics - contractual, operational and financial - for third parties and key intercompany (self-manufactured) products
- Ensure the Strategic Sourcing capabilities of ANZ match the needs of the SSPG division
- Act as a Divisional business partner to a Commercial Director, championing the success of the end to end supply chain in meeting the specific needs of the division
- Lead and create culture of continuous improvement through PPI (or CI) process
- Connect to Thermo Fisher locally, regionally, and globally to leverage fit for purpose best practices
**How will you get here?**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management, plus APICS certification preferred
**Experience**
- High level of expertise in sourcing, contract management and supplier performance management with a large and complex portfolio
- Track record in delivering supply chain transformation, including defining and delivering strategy, building structure, process and capability; and partnering with stakeholders to deliver and embed change
- Experience in highly complex wholesale distribution or retail model (preferred), including international shipping
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Superior analytical capability and skills in building analytical tools (MS PowerBI preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and storytelling capability to drive stakeholder engagement - ability to translate complex issues into simple messaging

- Supplier performance management, including Divisional Order Cycle Time & Inventory Fill Rate Performance, Suppliers under contract, Cash cycle time, Social responsibility
- Customer Allegiance scores to target
- SIOP (S&OP) compliance
- Commercial management of working capital and SC operating expenses
- Talent metrics
