Job Opportunity: Charitable Donations Clerk
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Supporter Experience team as a full-time Charitable Donations Clerk.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with our amazing Donor Services team to provide clerical services to regular giving donors.
About the Role:
* Support the growth of our donor base and donation value through the Regular Giving strategy
* Engage with Regular Giving donors by answering incoming calls and mail, and conducting outgoing calls and sending mail when required
* Retrain and upgrade Regular Giving gifts, plus promote other Salvation Army products
* Process and receipt Regular Giving donations in a timely manner
* Administer the Regular Giving database (Blackbaud CRM), ensuring regular donations are current, accurate and completed
* Generate Regular Giving reports to track progress
About You:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred, or a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
* Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems or similar databases, preferably in a fundraising environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
