About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team in Carrara, Queensland. This is a fantastic chance to work with Wagners in concrete operations as we go through growth.
- Perm full time role with the option of Overtime
- Hours of Work Monday - Friday with Saturdays as required - starting from 4.30am
- Rate $28.28-$30.25 per hour + Super + Overtime and other employee benefits including discounted fuel and gym memberships to name a couple.
Responsibilities
- Operate front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators
- Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience operating loaders (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Valid loader ticket/license (RIIMPO321 or equivalent)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
