Job Title: Senior Employment Coach

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role, with a proven track record of assisting individuals with disability into meaningful employment.
They will also possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with complex barriers and be able to deliver tailored, person-centered support.
Additionally, they will have natural ability to mentor and guide others, with experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development.
Responsibilities:
* Guide service delivery in collaboration with the Service Area Manager.
* Support and mentor new and existing staff to build capability and performance.
* Support individuals with complex barriers to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
* Contribute to site performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role.
* Deep understanding of challenges faced by individuals with complex barriers.
* Natural ability to mentor and guide others.
* Ability to implement innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs.
