Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building successful business relationships with trade customers in your territory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing new business opportunities through account management and business development;
* Working closely with Branch Managers and Channel Managers to achieve sales budgets and gross margin performance targets;
* Providing exceptional service experiences to customers and stakeholders;
* Liaising with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in sales and/or customer management, preferably in the automotive industry;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* The ability to use CRM systems effectively;
* A valid Australian driver's license.
