We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage and drive our store to achieve sales targets and KPIs. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer service experiences, recruiting and training team members, and providing high standards of stock management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs, as well as demonstrated ability of mentoring and coaching team members to shine and succeed. You will also have a passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment.
